Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Conveyancing Secretary looking to join a warm, professional team in Durbanville? This well-established law firm is looking for someone confident, organised, and passionate about property law to support their conveyancing department.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and managing documents for property transfers and bond registrations.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and the Deeds Office to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Handling correspondence, file management, and follow-ups with care and accuracy.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the conveyancer(s).

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
  • Proficient in LexisConvey or similar conveyancing software.
  • Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English (both written and spoken).
  • A self-starter who enjoys working independently, yet values being part of a supportive team.
  • Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.
