Established in June 2018
from a passion for recruitment
Edelweiss strives to deliver quality service to both our candidates as well as our clients. Edelweiss Recruitment strives to build lasting relationships built on mutual respect, professionalism and simply the ‘joy’ of working together towards the same goal.
Edelweiss is a generalist boutique agency, enjoying different scopes of industry and constantly learning new fields of operation. We do, however, hold intensive experience in the recruitment of all Finance, Administrative & HR, Marketing as well as IT roles on all company levels, including all C-suites (Senior Executives).
We work across all Industries but very well versed in Retail, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain as well as Logistics and transportation.
More recently we are proud to work across South African borders with employers in Africa, employing South African expats – recruiting and smoothing the way for expats to ready themselves to leave with all paperwork in order.

As a qualified Personnel Manager (BPL degree, U.O.F.S), Isabella has been focussing her attention on Recruitment since 2015. Her motto is that places of work need competent staff that also fit in with company culture. She takes her role as “guardian at the gate” very seriously, letting through only the most suitable candidates.
Isabella has built her success upon her understanding of the importance of finding the right person with the correct background to fit into a specific environment and team. She is passionate about people, business and spreading a positive attitude.
With a further 20 years’ background as a Counsellor and Complementary Health Therapist, ‘her different from the norm’ background has given her a strong intuitive approach and people knowledge that adds to her skills as a recruiter to assist the client in making the best possible candidate choices.

- Support during the transition phase once you have been placed to make the process as comfortable as possible for you.

client
We offer the full end-to-end recruitment and selection function
from acceptance of task to final placement, comparable to be an extension of your own business. This service includes the following:
- Gaining a full understanding from the client in terms of client culture and environment as well as client needs.
- Sourcing candidates with utmost sensitivity to confidentiality via advertising, networks, if needed headhunting.
- Candidate selection.
- Competency based interviewing.
- Well-presented CV’s of top candidates to the client.
- Preparing candidates selected by client for their interview.
- Setting up interviews and responses between client and candidates.
- Competency based reference checking.
- Gathering of necessary candidate documentation (ID, qualifications, payslips etc.)
- Credit, criminal, qualifications verifications (upon request).
- Ongoing feedback to ensure a smooth induction process.
